IMPROnauts was an Erasmus+ training course, consisting of 8 days of program and 2 travel days. The course was designed to enhance the improvisation skills of youth workers with the aim to promote greater awareness, listening, flexibility, adaptability and acceptance.

Participants had the opportunity to fully explore and experience improvisation in the context of youth work, that  plays a pivotal role in building self-confidence and enhancing skills and abilities. Through experiential and reflective exercises, participants engaged in immersive, 'in the moment' practices within a nurturing environment
